Join us for a mindful yoga class to get your day off to a good start. Postures that can help us feel comfortable and supported from the inside out during the conference will be emphasized at a slower pace. Bring a yoga mat or towel with you and wear clothes that allow you to move. All ages and fitness levels welcome. No previous yoga experience required.
